Since 1979 David Sansone has constructed over 300 housing units in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. The first project, a 20 unit condominium project, was completed in 1979 in San Simeon California. The most recent projects; a 28 unit ‘tract subdivision’ in Nipomo and a 17 unit condominium project in Avila Beach were both completed in 2006.
